Loft in Paris. Furnishings and pastel colours create a backdrop to separate the space

Charlotte Fequet uses full tone pastel colours to divide the Loft into functional areas. The custom-made furniture completes the space, defines it and in some cases interconnects it, making the most of every surface area of the house.

The essence of the project was to create a new bedroom with a private shower and the problem was to make it accessible without distorting the other functional areas of the house too much. The first idea was to separate it from the living room through a wooden wall and pastel blue glass.

The new room has been created by first adding a filter area that acts as a transition between the living room and the new bedroom. This room, designed as a workplace has the option of being converted into a third bedroom.

In the living room a large, full-height custom-made bookcase also contains areas for activities such as a small desk, where this workspace is outlined in yellow. In fact, blue and yellow are the two colours that define the project and the details.
