In the heart of the Municipality of Cusago (MI), the Recovery Plan is launched. The objective is the redevelopment of a surface area of 7,260 square meters originally consisting of structures for storage, barns and porches

The main objective was to conserve and enhance the existing morphological elements. Once the volume had been surveyed and the places and architectural features of the historic centre analyzed, the Recovery Project was drawn up, which redeveloped the entire area, dictating guidelines for future interventions and blending harmoniously into the urban landscape. Furthermore, the executive design of the volumes was drawn up, capturing the salient features of an essential architecture, without frills and focusing on functionality

The spaces have been designed to meet the needs of customers accustomed to modern comforts, while retaining the warm atmosphere typical of Lombard farmhouses. Therefore, construction elements and materials that could satisfy the pre-established architectural composition were chosen. The large solid wood frames and the split stones gave the work the authenticity it was looking for

To distinguish the intervention, the use of expert craftsmen made even more traditional and valuable finishes. Contemporary homes, characterized by the combination of functions and environment, represent the concept in conjunction with the customer
