A new condominium built by LignoAlp near Lugano, "Residenza Fermata 21", it integrates perfectly with the surroundings and houses eight very spacious apartments with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding nature and the city

The condominium, designed by Nicola Probst Architetti, is a building with simple architecture and is located in Pregassona, in a place where until the '70s the railway connected Lugano to other Swiss cities, hence the name "Residenza Fermata 21"

Despite the large size of the building, the construction has a light appearance, which manages to be in harmony with the landscape

The concrete basement, on which the rectangular structure rests, is used as a space for 16 garages, a fitness room and accommodation cellars

The two floors above are divided into eight residential units, which are made with a lightweight timber load-bearing system and a structure made of spruce plywood, on the flat roof and on the ceiling
