The extension program concerns the south side of the ground floor of the historic Villa Dular, which is occupied by the client involved in the project and is restricted to a wheelchair due to a functional disability. The surfaces and slopes have been conceived and designed on the basis of the specific needs of the client

The building looks like a white cube, whose roof overlooks a large terrace with a volume covered in wood. The villa which is currently owned by several owners residing on each floor is surrounded by a garden and similar houses

The extension includes a dining area and living room, including a covered parking lot and a bicycle garage. The T-shaped extension on one side creates a roof that can be used as a parking lot and supports the terrace that can be used by the owners on the first floor on the other side

The cantilevered roof over the car park and ramp is covered with light green Perspex panels. A glass volume is located between the existing villa and the project, while a large panoramic window opens onto the garden and the entrance courtyard. The most important material is whitened larch wood, which is the coating for the new extension
