The building has a continuous glass façade, characterized by the superimposition of a weave of thin horizontal and vertical elements that underline the layout in planes and the structural grid of the façade. L22's design approach follows a contemporary vision where maximizing the efficiency and flexibility of future office space is combined with innovative façade design and a flux of spaces and views from inside to outside and vice versa

On the outside, it has an array of double-height pillars. The double-height hall is a functional and dynamic venue both for accommodation and relaxation

An external service lift, which functions as a fire elevator in case of need, can access all floors of the tower, up to the new terrace on the 13th floor. The shift of the gross floor area, from the terraces, from the common mezzanine and from the closure of the disembarkations-elevators, has created an area that can be used for a new level, the 13th and for the conversion to offices of the 12th floor that was previously used only for technical rooms
