The building, which has never been modified since the early '90s, stretches over 130 thousand square metres and thanks to its renovation the view of the Thames and the access for pedestrians to the riverside footpath is improved.

Stiff + Trevillion Architects studio completely renovates the River Building, also known as Cannon Bridge House, a fundamental part of the London skyline, on behalf of the Blackstone group, both internally and externally.
The elevation of the southern building is updated, the entrances are redesigned, the connection between the floors and the glass is improved, allowing more natural light into the building.
