Born on July 3, 1973 in Chur with hometown Disentis GR, he graduated in summer 2000 as a graduated architect ETH at the ETH Zurich from the chair Professor Miroslav Sik. He started his career at Alberto dell'Antonio in Zurich. Study trips in northern Europe to Finland and Sweden with a focus on neoclassical architecture and Scandinavian modernism. Iso Huonder gained further hands-on experience in various architecture firms in Chur. From 2010 own office in Chur and member of the Swiss engineers and architects association
