Joliark is an architectural office based in Stockholm. They work primarily with project development and implementation of urban planning, house building and interior design with the aim of developing the physical environment with architectural qualities. Joliark ab is owned by Per Johanson, Helen Johansson, Hans Linnman, Magnus Pörner and Cornelia Thelander. The office was established in 1972 around the 1st prize in a Nordic architectural competition for designing Vantaa center outside Helsinki. They want to run the projects in smaller working groups where everyone gets and is expected to take responsibility. In an open conversation where everyone can participate, the crucial arguments emerge. Each working group is unique and gives its imprint on the project. In the implementation phase, the project organization is clearly defined in our quality and environmental management system. With them, everyone should be able to develop and it is continuously possible to take on greater responsibilities that can increase participation in the business
